As a retired law enforcement professional and former SWAT negotiator, Johanna spent decades serving her community by building trust, solving problems, and helping people through challenging life transitions. Those same values of integrity, calm under pressure, and dedication now guide her real estate career.
Born and raised in Tulare, Johanna is also a real estate investor and has spent more than a decade coaching individuals through life’s transitions as a life and wellness coach, giving her a unique perspective on both the financial and personal side of homeownership. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, investing, downsizing, or beginning a new chapter, she believes every client deserves patience, honesty, and genuine care.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her walking, practicing yoga, playing the drums, golfing, spending time at the shooting range, or enjoying time with family. She is proud to serve Tulare County and the Central Valley, helping people find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
