As a third-generation Realtor and lifelong Exeter local, real estate runs deep for Ursula. She has grown up around the business and brings nine years of hands-on experience helping clients navigate the ever-changing real estate market.
She works with a wide range of clients, from sellers and first-time buyers to investors looking for their next opportunity, and has experience in residential, agricultural, and commercial properties. One area she especially enjoys is helping investors create successful Airbnb and short-term rental properties near the Sequoias, combining her knowledge of the area with an eye for what makes a property a great investment.
Ursula loves the problem-solving side of real estate. She has a natural ability to step into stressful situations, bring calm to the process, and help everything fall into place for her clients. Serving people well and seeing their goals come to life is what keeps her passionate about the work she does.
When she’s not helping clients, Ursula is at home in Exeter with her youngest daughter, whom she homeschools, enjoying the same community she loves serving.
